Data confidentiality and security

All information about our clients obtained directly or indirectly are strictly confidential and are for internal use. The Bank does not disclose confidential information to external persons or institutions without the clients’ prior and explicit consent, except in case of a justified request by the competent authorities or exchange of general information between banks.

Our employees are obliged to apply the Bank’s principles in their work and relations with co-workers, clients, suppliers, competition, institutions, shareholders and the general public.

Reporting irregularities

In their work and relations with co-workers, clients, suppliers, competition, institutions, shareholders and the general public, the Bank’s employees must comply with the ethical principles, which are based on the moral values of fair practices, equity, honesty, conscientiousness and expertise.

If you have any complaints with regard to unethical and possibly corruptive behaviour of the Bank’s employees, you may send them to: antikorupcija@hpb.hr so that we can implement activities and measures with the aim of combatting and preventing such occurrences.
