Cash Withdrawal Fee (Access Fee)*
Cards issued abroad while ATM withdrawals will be charged a fee in the amount of 5€. The card user is informed about the fee amount on the ATM screen and decides whether he wants to continue the transaction with the fee payment or wants to cancel the transaction.
DCC service
Dynamic currency conversion (DCC) is a service that allows users of cards issued abroad to select debiting in the currency of their own account when withdrawing cash. The user is informed on the ATM screen about the applicable exchange rate and the amount in his currency for which his account will be debited. The user can accept or reject the transaction. In case of rejection, the transaction continues without DCC conversion. The DCC course differs from the course in the Bank's Centers and is published on the Bank's website.
